ree

Alyson had a busy day today with therapy assessments from 8:30am - 2:00pm. She did her second ever transfer to a wheelchair, sat at the edge of the bed, and got her sock

partially on by herself.

This afternoon they did a neurological exam on her. The final score is graded A-E with A

being a complete loss of sensory and E being full sensory. Alyson has strength in more than half her muscles from her C6 down and her grade is a D. Who would have thought a grade of D would be great to hear?!?! 🤣🤣. We are still waiting for the right side of the spinal cord to heal, but have every indication from physicians that it will happen eventually.

Tomorrow she officially starts PT and OT now that assessments are complete, Sunday is

her day off. Let the fun begin!
