Happy Monday! I think Alyson is due to make another personal post 😁, but in the

meantime I’ll add this pic of her biking for 30 minutes at the YMCA yesterday. She also

did some upper body weight machines and checked out the equipment to come up with

a few workout routines. A few weeks ago she met the limit of OT/PT sessions that her

insurance will cover so now she needs to find the drive / motivation and determination to

do the workouts herself.
