Alyson is doing better overall today. They did move her to a recliner chair for over 6

hours today. Was told that should have happened yesterday, too, but it didn't. We have

been told that the only thing keeping her here is the fluid in the lower quadrant of her

right lung. They have started a new respiratory treatment to see if that helps over the

next 24 hours. She'll have another swallow test done tomorrow that she will hopefully

pass because she really wants food... such as applesauce, a Slurpee from McDonald's,

Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, etc.
