It's hard to believe that this time last Sunday I just landed at Ft. Lauderdale airport to be

with Alyson. So grateful for the support everyone has given her and our family, and

being able to celebrate the small achievements!

Alyson said this morning that she wants to do burpees. Said she hates them, but that's

how much she wants to be able to move. She can feel the muscle stretches in her legs,

she's been correct on the "feel tests" with her feet and legs... even when they try to trick

her. Last night before I left she though she was curling and straightening her toes. I

couldn't see the movement, but encouraged her to keep doing it so it will happen. Her

left thumb is stronger this morning, she can push the buttons to adjust her bed and lift it

when doing a thumbs up.

I don't have any other updates yet, but praying she can get to a spinal cord rehab facility

by mid-week.
