Another busy day for Alyson. She road a stationary bike for 1.2 miles… first time. 🚴 ♀️

Walked on the treadmill for 23 minutes and did core balancing and finger dexterity

exercises. She should sleep good again tonight. 😴

More of Alyson’s Nashville friends sent her a bouquet of roses which smell very nice!

Our friends Mary & Linette came by for a visit. They brought Alyson a bag of goodies and

some Jimmy John’s for dinner. Love the Peanuts t-shirt!!

We are waiting for an answer back from Alyson’s neurosurgeon so she can stop wearing

the neck brace. He said 4-6 weeks and it’s over 4 weeks now.

Our next step is to plan for going home in a few weeks and the location of her day rehab

after Thanksgiving. Please pray for guidance, and continued prayers for Alyson’s

strength and right leg/foot movement.
