Unlike yesterday, Alyson had a big therapy day and is one tired girl! She’s doing more to

prepare for home in a few weeks. More practice moving on/off wheelchair, in/out of

shower, dressing herself, standing and doing squat pivots from the chair to the mat and

vice versa. She is supposed to do water therapy soon which she is looking forward to.

Alyson stayed in a wheelchair for 11 hours today. I wish they’d give her something more

comfortable to sit on, not just her bed.

Alyson had Art therapy today where she did a few nice paintings of a cat (in honor of

Elizabeth’s new cat) and a rainbow.

She received a nice plant from a few Lipscomb guys. Thank you!

When does she get to go home?

Nov 19 weekend. We’ll go home for a week and then day rehab somewhere yet to

be determined.
