Happy Thanksgiving! We are so thankful for our family and friends who have reached out

to us in some way to show their love and support for Alyson and the rest of our family.

She still has a long road ahead, but we are keeping the faith that God will continue to

heal her.

Yesterday we did get to the gym for a quick leg and arm workout. I meant to take a pic.

We are planning to go again tomorrow and Saturday so hopefully I remember. Looking

forward to Alyson’s PT and OT assessments on Tuesday to get back into a rehab routine.

Speaking of routines, we’ve been home for a week now and are getting this new routine

down.
