Late post from Saturday, 2/19/2022...

Megs and Kurtis came to visit us in Nashville and I didn't realize how much progress

Alyson has made in exactly 3 months until I thought about the condition Alyson was in

when she was leaving Ft. Lauderdale on 11/18/2021, on her way to Shirley-Ryan

Rehabilitation for 4 weeks. Last time Megs saw Alyson she had lost 10 pounds, still had

an IV start with some other medical equipment still hooked up, was wearing a neck brace, and struggling with her BP and neck pain to even sit up in bed. She did not have a wheel chair and was learning how to move to a chair and sit there for a few hours a day. Fast forward 3 months and Alyson was using her walker when Megs & Kurtis walked in the door. When feeling strong she can stand on her own, usually doesn't have issues with her BP and has gained the weight back. Can't wait to see where Alyson is in her recovery on May 19!
