Today was a good day… God is good!

The morning started off with Alyson graduating 🎓 from Wound Care for the blister on her

right heel. 🥳🎉. This means she can wear her AFO (Ankle Foot Orthosis) and start walking

more. So in PT this afternoon she put on her right foot AFO and walked with a standup

walker and regular walker, plus stood with an assistive cane. Alyson didn’t really like the

assistive canes but was told she walks better with a regular height walker. I think she’ll

be looking to rent one soon. Alyson said her legs felt like jello after therapy. 😳

We are still waiting for her personal wheelchair to be shipped, which will be needed until

she gets her strength back.
